I got my xbox chipped a few weeks ago (after failing to softmod and screwing a retail hdd) and yesterday i had a problem. I have X3 bios and 3935 evox with 40Gb hdd (money short at the mo) on a v1.1 xbox. Before i went out on Saturday, i had a quick blast on Forza and worked perfectly fine. When i got back turned it back on and there was no colour.

Ok, I thought, as the AV cable was a bit old. Tried a new one and still no luck. Then i tried an RF cable with no results. When i go to either X3 Live Config or System Config on EvoX, the Video Region is unknown (The Game Region is 'Rest of the World (PAL)'). However, when i use a component cable, there is no problem, or the problem is rectified when i use xbmc. The bios has been reflashed and EvoX reinstalled with no luck.

If there is anyone with any solutions, please reply and thanks go out in advance...

Use Enigma video select v2 to change (or in your case set) the video setting to NTSC or PAL

Extract the ISO with XDFS Extract.
