I just tryed to flash my alladin xt clone with an x2 bios and it went wrong and now it will not boot no flubber animation or anything when the chip is on and hot flashing is not a possibility

any suggestions

Hot flashing or a new good SST chip are your own choices (or a new chip)... Aladdins have a 256kb flash rom, did you try to flash it with the new X2 bios (5035 etc..)? if so thats a big no-no..
