So everything is going fine. Modchip is installed and working, new 200GB drive is in place, formatted and good to go. However when I attempt to ftp my old C and E "folders" back onto the new drive in the xbox my ftp clients cannot create any folders. I can manually create folders on the xbox using the ftp client, and the files themselves transfer fine, but no matter what folder/subfolder I select for transfer it fails. I've tried CutpFTP, FlashFXP and WS_FTP Pro and I get the same results with all of them.

Has anyone else had this problem? Did you get it fixed? If so. how? Thanks!

My info:
XBox: v1.6
Modchip: X3CE
BIOS: X3 Build 3294
FTP Clients: CuteFTP, FlashFXP, WS_FTP Pro

What are you using as an ftp server? Config live? A dash? Give details.

Sorry, I thought that the above info was enough details, but I can see that I didn't actually state that I am just using the X3 3294 Bios ftp server that comes up with the config right after flashing the chips. Thanks again.

Wow ok same exact problem but I'm on a V1.4 and a mac trying every FTP I can get a hold of including CrossFTP, Terminal, FileZilla. I'm using the same X3 bios to FTP and it is KILLING me to ftp files and not folders.

PLEASE HELP!

Huge pain.
