I'm not sure I undestand your problem but if you want the chip always On/Enabled then connect D0 from the motherboard to Ground (any screwhole will work for ground)..Remove BT, L1 and L2 connections from the chip (there should not be anything connected to the chip)..This is for an original Aladdin Live chip, if its some other breed of Aladdin then you may also need to Ground BT from the chip.

i had left D0 conected to the groung and cuted all the other conections, but still dosent work... grond BT and it still not work
