the problem is this:
the xbox buton is broken, it sometimes turns the chip on others dont (after i press it for 3 seconds). I put other chip on xbox and same happens.
how can i disable on/off functionality and put chip always on?

BTW before some 1 asks, the xbox always turn on when i press power buton

If does started after the install then check your BT connection since you probable damaged the resistor.

yep, the chip stoped work 4 months after the instalation
i alredy replaced the chip and the is the same



cut the wire is enogh?

I'm not sure I undestand your problem but if you want the chip always On/Enabled then connect D0 from the motherboard to Ground (any screwhole will work for ground)..Remove BT, L1 and L2 connections from the chip (there should not be anything connected to the chip)..This is for an original Aladdin Live chip, if its some other breed of Aladdin then you may also need to Ground BT from the chip.

Yeah i'd actually not suspect the power button first, but rather the soldering of iether D0 or BT.

Try resoldering those points on the motherboard.

As good as the soldering looks - 99.99999999% of the time, it's the soldering :-P

Also, if it's an early xbox - try using both top and d0 points and running them to D0 on the chip.

Perhaps you've got one of those tricky-to-ground d0 points which HackDaBox has mentioned?

i alredy done it before. o will try put D0 to the groung all the other wires

Yes, i do want chip always On/Enabled
i had left D0 conected to the groung and cuted all the other conections, but still dosent work... grond BT and it still not work

If the machine powers on as soon as you plug in the power cord then the bT point resitor or pad is damaged. R3G3 10K ohms

You know the area of the motherboard that you soldered your BT wire to ? well it has a resistor there and near it is printed R3G3 on the motherboard. This is the number of the component. 10K ohmes is the value of the resistor , with this information you can buy a replacement resistor and fit it. You will have to remove your old resistor first ofcourse !
