Adding Icons To The Actual Avalaunch Skin, eg. so the mainmenu items have icons Options

sori 4 double posting, i was wondering how to add icons to the main menu items,(by adding them to the avalaunch skin itself)
i read a previous post that sum1 just added the icons to their actual avalaunch skin that they created. i was wondering could sum1 show or help me to add custom icons to an avalaunch skin. eg the icons are apart of the actual avalaunch skins itself.
