Hey guys and gals,
I am new here and have a problem and was wondering if anyone had any solutions that would not require me to get a new hard drive or motherboard. I have the 1st version xbox version 1 that i bought the first week the xbox came out, and it has worked no problem until the other day. I start the xbox up and the startup screen comes up and the sound, but then the error message comes up saying that i need to contact xbox customer support (there is no specific error code 1-20 up in the left corner of the screen also) it is just blank with the error message in about 6 languages. The light on the front flashes red green red green non stop. Also, i dont know if this has anything to do with it, but if i slightly move the xbox or shake it lightly, the picture on the tv goes out for a second and i see only a black screen instead of the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and hopefully i didn't post this is the wrong forum section. Thanks much everyone. -Alex |
