I can not get the retail versions of The suffering ties that bind and Destroy all humans to load. I have also tried backup copies with no luck either. I have a version 1.0 box with xenium chip and WD 120 gb hard drive. I use evox dasboard. These are the only games I have ever had any trouble with any help would be appreciated.

Which Bios are you running? Which DVD-ROM drive in your XBOX?

Have you read this?

Troubleshooting Xbox Game & Movie Backup Problems
Over 655 Xbox-Scene members served. Since December 2003.

If you tried all those steps in that tutorial and you still have problems, what happens? What is happening when you try to load the games?

Thanks but nothing in the guide helped. When I power up xbox with one of the games I mentioned above the system hangs up on black screen. If I try to start game from evo dashboard it hangs on loading screen. Like I said in above post these are the only two games that this happens on, and I have tried the retail versions and backups both.

Uh, do the originals of these games do this with your modchip turned off? If so it sounds like a corrupt game save/cache issue.

Same here with Destroy All Humans. Blank screen while loading. This is a V1.0, x4981 & EvoX 3752 120gb hd. I ftp'd the same files to a V1.1 backup box running the same exact files but with a 80gig hd and it loads fine.
