I've got the following equipment:
Xbox with Modchip - works great, I run XBMC, Evox, etc. I installed a larger HD. No probs. Xbox with no modchip. Fairly new, used by previous owner, but not much. Various PCs and Macs. I would like to softmod the 2nd xbox so it can run XBMC mainly. It does not have to be able to run the original BIOS for Xbox Live - it will never be used for that. What's the best way to get it going? Ideally I wouldn't have to buy an external memory card. Maybe I can somehow just pop the HD out and manipulate it either with a PC or my already-chipped Xbox. Lemme know! |
