hi, not sure where to post this so i went for a newbie thread
i bought a hip gear xb-comm (the xbox wireless bluetooth controller w/a wired headset) a few months ago. just about a month and a half ago, it stopped connecting. i emailed hipgear using their support page and received a response. i tried their sugg. but it still didn't work. the person responded w/yet another sugg. and it still didn't work. unfortunately, that was the last i heard of him. i've tried responded several times. i even filled out numerous request using different email addresses in case they go by that. i have not heard from anyone, so right now i have a $50 paperweight.
also, their website lately asked for a username and password. this is not looking good. anyone have similar expiriences?
btw, the only reason i have to have wireless b/c i play in a room using a projector so my xbox is far behind me.
