The Hex number 168 = 360 in Decimal. It is definatley a Xbox360 viral scheme.

hex168.com is registered to godaddy.com I don't think M$ would register through another company but that could be just to throw us off. It was registered through a proxy so we will never know till the end.

i use photoshop once a day. those cropsigns were done with photoshop. their webtemplate...also done in photoshop.
