hi i run sygate and xbconnect gets no connection
how can i change this
or is there any better firewall?

Judging from your question, it seems that you need to disable your firewall and/or forward certain ports on your router. For more info go to XBConnect

All you need to do is go into Sygate's control panel and allow XBC access, you should be fine playing with a firewall, I keep mine up and play fine, I've used Norton Personal Firewall, Avast, and some others with no problems
