Desolder With Braid, Need some help

Because everyone is tellin me different ways and i am wondering whats the right way and the best way to remove alil solder with it.. Is this easier to use then the bulb because the bulb thing is bigger.. But give me some tips on how to use the braid and pictures would help me too.
