Hulk Ultimate Distruction locks up Dvd2XboX and PxHDDLoader.

When I just try to launch the disk nothing happens, its like there is no disk in the drive.

Drive status on EVOX says it is Unknown. I have tried other disks and they will load and I can back them up.

The disk is clean and brand new. I know there is some isues with copying this game to the HDD needing to be patched but i cant even get it that far.

Is this just a bad disk or am I missing somthing?

There is a specific fix needed for this game. Please see the official thread for more information:

Re-opened topic. Too many Hulk topics... I thought this was another one.

Have you tried it in another Xbox? It's possible you got a faulty disc. You can try exchanging it for a new disc whever you purchased it.

Short of that it could be a hardware problem with your DVD drive.

Ok now this is really strange.

Tonight I took this game to a friends house and tried it on his never-been-modded-xbox. It would load up to the first part and crash.

So since we were having so much fun we called a few friends up and had a mini lan party and one of the other xboxes was modded. so we decided to try it on his box. It plays no crashes. He tried to copy it to his HD and it crashed his dvd2xbox(sorry dont know what version). So he can play it form the disk but cant copy it . so we tried on all the xboxes there 5 total. 2 Mine and My first firends xbox it crashes on for the most part. the other 3 (1 moded and 2 untouched) it will play althouhg it locked up dvd2xbox on the modded one.

the 2 it wont play on are both v1.0 xboxes and the 3 it will play on are all 1.4 and later.

Im still leaning on a bad disc but it is just odd that it plays on some and not others. I am taking it back to walmart later today and swaping it. only time will tell.. I pray its not my hardware though.
