I am completely new at this (including this chat thing so I had no idea who to send this message to). I have read a lot of the forums and couldn't find an answer to this question. I don't have a mod chip and I'm wondering if it's possible to get all my music that is on my xbox to my pc. How would I go about doing that. Remember I am completely new at this.
Thank you |

You'll need:
· Exploitable game (Splinter Cell, 007: Agent Under Fire, Mechassault)...originals only · Action Replay card, reader, software (or another way to transfer game save) · Gamesave Exploit (available at the "usual places") · FTP program Transfer the exploit for your particular game from your PC to your Memory card. Next, transfer gamesave exploit from memory card to your xbox hard drive. Run exploitable game on your xbox and load the gamesave exploit. You'll now have a nice little menu. Go to settings & configure it (dhcp or automatic IP). Use your FTP software on your PC to connect to your xbox & find the files you wanna transfer to your PC. These are the basic steps.... I omitted tons of details, but this is pretty much what you'll have to do if you want to FTP your stuff to your PC. |

It would be easier and faster to just pop the CD in your computer and rip the music off of it.

QUOTE(zalem4 @ Nov 8 2005, 06:53 AM) QUOTE(jameswalter @ Nov 8 2005, 08:05 AM) I believe he's referring to Xbox game music, such as .big songpacks and such. If not, you are correct. But, even if my assumtion is correct, he's looking at a larger task than just installing a mod... |
