This is my xbox i got alot more to do, i painted it, the controler plugs leds are for R. S. so the suck, i did the fan upgrade, plan on geting some blue leds to change the red ones out and add more other places. I need another jewel mine craked when i was cleaning it. Comments please.

Reflash and change led setting with xbtool to make the led display orange.

Yes, solder wires 5 and 6 together to make half orange, and the to get the other half orange solder 7 and 8 together.

You could follow this tutorial:

or, you could also short wires 5 & 6 together, and then SEPARATELY FROM 5 & 6 short wires 7 & 8 to each other. This would give you orange on the left & right. If you don't know which wires i'm talking about, here is a picture with wire lables and numbering.

Looks very nice, but the dvd-drive cover has like a whole in the cover/ a blob of gray paint.. i cant really tell.

No im not a texas fan i just liked the color if your talking about the dvd tray thing it looks like that because there was a sticker over it and thats the best i could get it off the blob of gray paint is a hole in the dvd rom thing. thanks for the comments and the help.
