Well well, I just recieved my xbox 360 today from every10minutes. It was freezing cold so I let it sit for about an hour. Plugged everything in got it up and started playing COD 2. I completed training and while it was loading it just went to a black screen. I waited for awhile and nothing happened so I turned it off, let it sit and turned it back on. I turned it back on to 3 red flashing lights. The top left and the two bottom. Don't know if this is the same problem the Canadians are having, but I don't have a clue how to fix it. My father is on the phone with Xbox right now trying to get things figured out. MS will need to fix this problem fast.
Update:
I found out that it's the harddrive. They said they have recieved numerous calls already. I unplugged my harddrive and it worked fine. Put it back on my box and red lights again. I'll take pics if no one believes me. I am not one of those stupid sony fans that are just spreading rumors about the 360. I love Xbox, I have never even thought of purchasing something of Sony.
I've been talkin to them on the phone and they have to set up a repair call to fix my HDD. I hope they can come today, this ruins the plans of my prerelease party. Well, maybe not. We can still play without the HDD but, yeah... You understand where I'm coming from.
For those who say I'm lying because my gamertag has not been updated:
As I tried to recover my xbox live account it said that it couldn't be done at this time please try back later. Also, as I completed training it didn't get time to save due to it went straight to black screen after training. For anyone who don't believe me, give me word and I'll take a pic with my cell phone

Update # 2:
Like I said earlier it was just the harddrive and when I unplugged the HDD it worked fine right? Right then, but wrong now. Now it doesn't even work without the harddrive. I still get the three flashing red lights. Any other ideas? If not they said I'm going to have to wait until Tuesday and they'll send my a new HDD through FEDEX (thank god) and then after I recieve it send them my old one. But that was when the problem was just the HDD, I haven't called them back since I found out it is the whole box. There is nothing they can do until the 22nd. So, being mad as I am now. I called the Every10Minutes hotline. Where they told me on release I will have to send in my whole xbox where they will try to fix it. I'm about done with Pepsi, no way I am sending it back to them.
