If this has already been discussed, delete this post, but I didn't see anything on the first two pages and the search function is... yah, it didn't turn up anything.
My question is:
I heard that the remotes shipping in the XBox 360 were limited and only gonna be in the first shipments. I got one and noticed that it was different from the ones in the pictures at store that show remotes for sale. Is this because they didn't want to spend a lot on these remotes and just put in basic functions or that these were gonna be the design, they decided to make them universal with more buttons and everything so they took the ones already in production and packaged them with the system and are just marketing the new ones like they normally would? That last part works, but it doesn't seem too likely that MS would waste money like that. Either way, do you guys plan on buying the new remotes even though you have the ones that came with the system, assuming you got the system and the remote.

The one that comes with the premium is different than the one you can buy in the stores. The one for sale works with a TV and such and the free one only works for the xbox
