ok well i bet theres many people out there that have left it late on the pre orders but i'm sure theres hope
i'm in london i was hopeing if anyone has any info if there will be shops like hmv game or any other store that is selling them @ midnight i did my stuff for you guys hope this helps i email asda.com and they sent me a list of stores that will be selling them @ midnight

Each store will receive 20 and after this we will have sold out until Christmas as it is unclear as to when we will be able to receive further stock.

HMV took pre-orders. Your best bet is gonna be ASDA, TESCO or Argos (as they are selling them in store over the counter as well as pre-orders) on the other hand you could just trawl through all the independants in your area.

In Argos they dont have the cat numbers for it in the catalogues yet but I managed to find them so people can go in and see if they have them in stock with the stock checkers:

Premium: 567/9216

Core: 567/9223

Just thought that may be useful.

I have a preorder with game in a town near leeds. I preodered it a long time ago. When preodering i specifically asked the dude working there if 100% i would get one on release day. he said yes.

More than likely he just said that so he could get £2.50 commision in his wage or something.

If they back down i will be so pissed off.

most PC Worlds have Core sysems in stock waiting for Friday. Plymouth and Exeter both have 8. No Premiums anywhere yet (thats none in Dixons Stores Group- Dixons Currys PC World)

Anyone here near startford smile.gif i'm gonna try all local pc world stores and get what i can core or prem i would get a prem but if they only have core i will get that because i'm not waiting for the prems to come back in stock i will just have to buy the hdd
