After using my xchip for over a year, my xbox was moved, and started booting to MS Dash. After re seating the D0 and solderless adapter, XBOX will not boot, flashes green and yellow. no red light on xchip, only when first plugging in USB cable. Looks like chip is taking re-flash, but shouldn't I see a red light on? XBOX also turns itself off after 5 min. Any thoughts?

Green and yellow indicate that your video cable is not properly seated. Check to see if you have a short in the wire or not. This should fix the problem you're having.
