End Of The Tracks And Jefferson Hotel/motel Options

Firstly i have never been able to take out those vago's on the train in the end of the tracks mission on the bike, but with ease i did with shotgun or ak47 or smg on hitman levels by hopping off the bike once a good couple of meters ahead of the train's position. the ak47 is best as it zoom's a lil. I have passed this with cheats/gamesaves but i wanted to have a separate gamesave from scratch no mods/cheats etc to say i did it. Currently passed all mission from grove street family gang, sweet, ryder, og-loc, officer tipenny and the lowrida missions. Just finishing off big smokes. When doing this i noticed that if you jump off a elevated staircase in the jefferson motel it does like a freeze-frame scene in sort of the matrix style. i'm still wanting to know why i can enter it, its not in my green zone as i have no other gang colors now.
