title gives you a good clue as to the issue im having.

details:
v1.0 xbox
uxe v022
western digital 250gb

i had my bud's box working fine with an 80gb now im working on upgrading.

first attempt, no go. box wont boot. so, i try changing from 06 to 67(or vice versa, cant remember) per uxe install instructions. rebuild hdm disk with correct files, format, rebuild HD. and it booted fine to evox. next, i go to activate F:, reboot, and it *starts* to load evox albeit VERY slowly... the fade effect from the M$ screen to the evox screen changes an opacity level once every 10 seconds. i didnt bother waiting for it to load to see if it was operable, or test to see if a game would boot.

where do i go from here? obviously a 250gb with no F drive is worthless.

Can't you partition an F drive straight from XboxHDM?
