Can anyone tell me how to correctly shoot free throws?

Free throws are easier but they do get harder on difficult settings.

the trick is to do a fake shot first, just hold back but dont push up on the stick.
when you see his arms almost at the top, thats when in a smooth motion you push forward, not too hard though, but fast enough that it goes off the back board or directly into the basket.

if you are going off the rim over and over then you are not letting the player get the ball high enough so slow down on pulling the stick back and start pushing it foward quicker. this should help.

im having the same problem....shooting free throws are sooooo hard sad.gif o well, with practice they'll get bettter, just like in real life
