The Sims has the same folder layout as DOAX.. the whole game is just several huge files that expand when cached at the beginning. Sadly this means that its extremely un-editably friendly.
If you put the effort that the DOAX hackers put in I'm sure you could do it, but i highly doubt you have that much motive.
