Both will probably work. There's a list of compatible chipsets in the Uni-Flash readme.

I know both my mobo are supported by UNIFLASH. But I'm not sure if putting a tottaly different chip such as the 29F040 onto the mobo would successfully flash it?


My hardware electronics is quite limited...
