I have the boot up cd with all the files needed burned as an ISO to run xboxhdm. I used the disk a year ago to upgrade my 250gb hdd. I have another 250gb hdd right out of the box. I have hooked the new drive up and booted the computer. The drive is unlocked. When I select option one, it says "this machine is not an xbox". According to the TUT's, after pressing option one, I should be able to select creat new drive. What am I doing wrong? Also, I have a slayers disk, can I put the new drive in the xbox, boot from slayers disk and format harddrive? Would that work?

My box is softmodded, I used this method a year ago though and I don't understand what I am doing wrong this time.

If you know anything about slayers, let me ask you something else. If I boot with slayers and I want to format G: partition only. In the PDF file for slayers it says it is option 4b2-7. When I select option 4 and then the next option it gives me the screen that proceeding will cause all data to be lost. If I proceed, will I then get the option to format only g and leave my f drive intact? It kinda freaks me out when it gives me that message before I get to the option I am looking for.

Thanks
