I have a 1.6b with X3 bios and EvoX dash. I unlocked the 8gb drive and removed it, but can not get it to work in my computer. It gets picked up fine in BIOS and also appears perfectly in windows device manager, but not in my computer. What am I not doing right?

Find Computer Management from the administrative tools section. From there it should find the drive, you'll have to make the partition and reformat the drive.

When i put my xbox drive in my pc i used xboxhdm to wipe the fatx partitions...Then repartitioned, formated and it worked... You could also try some partitioning program that willrecognize fatx the use program to convert it to fat32 or ntfs whatever you want...
