Are you streaming music from your PC? If you are then it is a network problem, the 360 is trying to locate the music files. The cars jumping and jerking is also known as "Warping"...this too is an internet connection problem, not the 360. I need a little more detail on your setup to be sure. Are you using a router/home network...etc.

I beat the final pursuit in NFS and my game froze when it was trying to load the credits. Pretty sweet eh? I had to beat those shithead condition 6 cops all over again. Oh well, still beat it.

Mine just froze while playing NFS:MW. I noticed before it happened that the controller lights started going in circles.. Then it froze and the controller started vibrating constantly.
I figured it's because the batteries may be low... Even so, it's a crappy way to tell me the batteries are low.
