Well there isn't a general forum for this kind of question so I figured this was the most related. I have the opportunity of getting an xbox development kit and noticed it has a BLUE crystal top...not the clear crystal or green crystal. Is this a standard option for the xbox dev. kits?

No its painted,a real XDK is crystal clear.If you buy it make sure you
know what your getting.

Well I have a picture of it at home. I'm at work and dont have winrar to uncompress the files. It "Looks" legit. Meaning its a transparent crystal clear blue top. IT doesn't look painted. I'll post the pics tonight. I've seen some XDK kits with "green" tops and crystal clear, but never blue. It could be painted like you said...but I'll post pics later to see what you think.

Here is a pic of the case. See it doesn't look painted. It looks legit - i've just never seen "blue" anyone know?
