Whats goin on? I was just wonderin if anybody had some tips or settings to make the gameplay a bit better on Perfect Dark?

My current settings: (I'd say I'm a good player. Not amazing but I can hold my own vs. real good ppl)

Sensativty: 90
X/Y: Off
Y sensativity: 65
Camera Bob: off
Fast look: off
Autoaim: off

I really like the game but when zoomed in and whatnot, the responce is so slow. Anybody have some tips?
