I've been using this guide pretty much none stop for the past few days and figured that I might add something.
The secondary error code 0020 is described as overheating. I originally had that to begin with, and instead of tightening the heat sinks I decided to loosen them in case there was just too much bearing down on the chips, turns out I was right and it worked fine. Now, this may be because of over tightening (I had two washers in use to begin with, one on the main board and one on the screw, I now only use one on the main board) but now I'm getting error code 0110 (cold solder joint on the RAM).
Perhaps 0020 is the error code for the RAM overheating? Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I didn't feel like taking the hour or two to read through 48 pages of topic.
If anybody else is getting error 0020, try the penny trick or something similar and see if it helps your problem.

My x360 got the 0102 error, but I can't get a heat gun to fix it. What should I do?
The only thing I can think of doing is the towel trick and see if it will work, and then invest in a heat gun (in Britain you can get them for about £15, so that would work out around $30-40 and besides minor differences, they all do the same job).

my xbox just gets the 3 red lights with orange light on the power supply. it doesn't post at all (no video). after turning the console on, i get the 3 lights in just a sec. So basically, the power light on the power supply turns green but after a split sec, it turns back on orange. Can someone please help me on this issue?
What's your secondary error code?
