i wonder if the DoA4 game save issues will also be addressed. Not that I have had problems with it yet. But I'd hate to lose all my achievements and unlocked content in DoA4 due to some nasty bug that other people have experienced.

Can anyone confirm the authenticity of these sites/people?

MS has confirmed nothing officially and there is no mention of this update on any big sites, such as IGN. I hope it is true and it does seem like it is, but it could be just a big rumor.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Well, cool. Can't wait until tomorrow and Tuesday.

Should be a good birthday present for me on Tuesday with a Call of Duty 2 patch and a Dashboard patch the previous day.

If they made the fan noises lower, then that would lower the RPM of the 360. While cooking the 360 to the point of maybe no return.

If they wanted a lower RPM, then they would need to make the 360 even bigger. Which would allow 120MM fans, which could be at a lower RPM.

Overheating problems are caused by not giving the PSU the right amount of airflow. You either give it better airflow, which also cools down the 360 more. Or you risk not giving the PSU more airflow, which can cause the 360 to lock up.

I still reckon MS should of put a good fan in the PSU. Which could cool it down more. So remember this don't be scared to show the PSU off, show it off and then your have less crashes.

Downloading while using the dash I sure hope so. Im suprised MS over looked that. Soon I hope I can download while watch a dvd or play a game.

I want an internet browser so i can brick my 360 by downloading virius and its too hard to go to any of the computers in my apt unsure.gif

A browser would be an awful thing plus when everyone already has a computer there is no need for one

I just wanted to add that i have problems with game saves and my online profile im not moaning just hope the update fixes some of them.

AND wtf is everyone on about my PSU is always cold and my dash and in game has never crashed ?
