Team Xbox-Linux released a new GNU diff-style patch for the 2.6 linux kernel.
That will allow you to upgrade your Xbox Linux distro with 2.6 kernel to the latest 2.6.15 linux kernel.

hum,i done sxb kernel 2.6.15 last week for people who need sxb kernel 2.6 at sxb project site,
i done it in my own merrit,as i have to add couple of patches normal xbox-linux patches do not
include to get sxb running in modular example. lzma compression ,directfb-fusion,unionfs,
and sometimes dvb and supervesa,quickcam etc and what ever i can get my hands on for testing.

i recently got a v1.6, smartxx v3 and installed the xebian cd on it, are there any up to date HOWTOs for upgradin the 2.6.15 kernel. The patch comes with no readme and the HOWTO on xbox_linux @ sourceforge seems to be outdated. i followed it till it got to the initrd part, none of that worked. but I did compile the new vmlinuz and put it in /boot AND I even put it in the E:/debian folder, still boots the old kernel no matter which option I choose to boot from the smartxx screen (either boot fatx or boot HDA)
