Yea but the people who preordered the Xbox 360 before the launch were under the agreement that with the xbox that they preordered, would come with a remote. So by not having the remote, lotsa people can sue EB games and Gamestop and stuff like that for false advertising or something along those lines. Sucks too, cause since Miicrosoft doesent sell console to the people, but insted retailers, Miicrosoft walks away with clean hands. Fuckin' Bill Gates.

Tomorrow it's going to be the release of XBOX 360 in Mexico, the remote control is include it and unlimited in the premium package, but the headset was removed

I doubt any law suits will go through. Especially because when they put the pre-order in it was only for the Xbox (core or premium). The pre-order didn't specify the free remote, so there was no false advertisement.

I think it's time MS accepted responsibility for the extremely short supply of Xbox 360s by guaranteeing the people who *still* have unfulfilled pre-orders a free remote control. It would be a small step to make up for the abysmal way they launched this. MS seem to be very quick to adopt the slopey-shoulders when things go wrong.

If I was still waiting for a console and knew I wouldn't see the remote control, I'd definitely sue.

What part of "while supplies last" do you people not get?

By "you people" I refer to the ones that feel they are entitled to the remote simply because they preordered the console.

I'm not trying to defend M$, but the pre-orders were done at the discretion of the retailers. It's not their fault the retailers went overboard and sold WAAAAAY too many pre-orders. Why should M$ take responsibility for something they didn't do? Pay for an extra remote to be built and give it to everyone who had pre-orders that they didn't distribute? Don't think so.

Should have said fuck the pre-order's and waited in line *Cuddles with his remote*. Really the remote aint shit anyway's so i wouldent sweat it. Theremote fucks with my pc all the time and it pisses me off. It opens applications on my pc when i go thru the menus on the xbox. And when i hit the power button to turn my xbox off (with the remote) it sends my laptop into standby mode.

talk about out of hand. it does suck for the people who pre ordered. i would yell or something maybe get something for free or cheap. o well what can you do? if its a big deal buy it off ebay.
