I dont know if these of gameplay or replays, but seeing as the xbox versions looked awesome, theres no reason this version cant look this good. This is what I expect from the 360

Not to be a nay-sayer as I really hope the game looks that damn good...
...but those look like PR mockups of screen dumps. There is entirely too much AA and distance blur on there to be really from the game. I imagine the game will look beautiful, but not THAT gorgeous.

Not really into the Motorcycle genre, more of a 4 wheeled guy, but I would definitely check this game out if thats how it looked. Those shots are amazing.

I've not really a fan of MotoGP games, but my question is have they always used licensed vehicles as opposed to other racers like Burnout and Ridge Racer that always make up their own?

The xbox versions always use whatever that years GP had as far as riders and bikes. MotoGP racing has a hardcore following, and they make the game so those same fans get into it. My friends who are fanatical about it race every night and take it very serious. I get in there and start singing along with my soundtrack and they dont care for it much

Those could be real.
Take a look - they aren't that complex - just a bike, and the backgrounds aren't too detailed. The blurring effect can be done - see condemned - so you can have a less detailed background and blur it all.
Definitely looks doable - there's not that many polygons there, the backgrounds are basic - could be photos etc.

I know who helped, he mentioned the lack of self shadowing b4. I wish he'd tell me stuff
All things aside, the xbox versions looked damn good for their time, theres no reason 360 cant do this easily. I just hope your friend is right, I have a feeling he is.

Those screens sure do look amazing, but the eyecandy is not what i'm most worried about for any of the x360 games. My main interest goes out to the gameplay at first and second of all i really wonder if the sound is anything like the real thing. (i visit the dutch TT in assen every year) The sound is by far the most shocking thing about the motoGP (in real life that is) so i hope they were able to capture that feeling in the game.
Very cool also that they're using the actual 2006 teams/riders/sponsors etc.

moto gp owns and thats all there is to it. screens look beautiful, gameplay has been damn near perfect since day 1. though i didnt exactly enjoy the arcadey race part in motogp3. though of course it was just an add on, they had the same old GP series with all the tracks, bikes and racers. go Valentino Rossi
