If I'm playing the NHL 2K6 360 version of the game on my 360 and my friend is playing the NHL 2K6 XBOX version on a regular XBOX, can we join in together on XBOX Live? I will eventually try it, but if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it.

I'm not necessarily trying to bump this thread, but if anyone knows or not I'd love to find out. I tried to do it last night, but the "2K Sports .....whatever" would not let me enter a lobby. I could join a "Quickmatch", but all other features were down. WTF...this game is really starting to piss me off. I went on 2K Sports website and there are a bunch of people complaining and trying to petition this game because of it constantly freezing when you try to access the XBOX Guide anytime during the game or at any option screen. It's happened to me several times and I loose the current game data. Anybody having these problems with this game?? Anybody else here own it?

i just hope next seasons games deal with all these bugs and problems..especially in the ranking systems... (namely madden and nba 2k6...madden disconnects mess up your ranking...and 2k6 just forgets to add games ..way off record)

far as i know NO you cant play your 360 version with someones else on an xbox version, but you can play the xbox version in your 360 if its BC and then play against someone on xbox
