I accidently erased my tsop and would like to know how to to reflash it.
After lots of reading I am a bit confused so I would just like a quick confirmation on how to go about it..

Softmod/gamesave hack - cant be done as my tsop is erased
Matrix mod chip with evox tsop bios - also cannot be done due to the erase
29 wire switch mod - only option that i have


have i got the above correct?

fixing the tsop is overrated - just slap a cheap duox2 on there and be done with it!

or, if you need at least a hacked bios and the retail bios for xbox live, buy something cheap with multiple banks... xbox live doesnt care if you launch retail bios from the modchip, it only cares about the eeprom marriage and that none of the system/game files are hacked.

Yeah ive already thrown on a duoX2 but would still like to reflash my tsop anyway.

I thought you could use EvoX D6 to flash the tsop?

Would it not be possible to boot to dashboard using a modchip, then disable the modchip (or disconnect d0) and attempt to flash the TSOP using Evox or whatever?

no, the flashing util will still attempt to flash to the LPC, d0 is only active in the first half second or so of booting, so disconnecting after that time wont have any effect at all

so the only option that I have is a 29 wire mod then?

all other modchip and softmod options used to flash the tsop need at least something on the tsop right?
