From xboxopensource.com:
[QUOTE]
Well we have decided to release our source and most current build from the source. The build still has bugs and needs to be fixed. We hope SOMEONE can get it going. Please remember to always credit Team XOS. Thanks!

Avaliable now on xbins.

I never thought I would ever see this happen, congrats. Want me to upload it to the sourceforge project page Harry as I have an account on that to do it.

Sorry but only people like you make it negative with comments like that, it's obvious the team is to busy or something to work on this, at least they are opening there doors to other developers. Just as long as the other developers credit Team-XOS we are cool with that.

Do you think anyone will bother working on this? XBMC does pretty much everything a dashboard should do, and it's updated constantly. I'm not surprised they're releasing the source, but it's too late--this should have been done when people still had interest in coding dashboards.

If and when it comes out I am definitely using it as a main dash. It looks awesome. Like the 360 look

Holy post bashing... anyways... there was mention that they were working on the PSP stuff... then one of the devs had his laptop stolen with a bunch of info on it...

Regardless, there's been no recent updates on it and it might be in response to the mc60 skin for XBMC. I know they had done some work with the nexgen 360 dash which looked pretty damn good. There's a thread floating around here with a video if I'm not mistaken.

The main reason releasing the source is a good idea is to let people look how things were done, doesnt mean that team-xos did them the right way or wong way it just shows the way of doing it.

If two lines of code from this released source help another team finish a function off or gives them an idea for something in a current project that can never be a bad thing.

About time the team actually started doing what its name says biggrin.gif

Well done and good look.

Swolsten.

This is NOT n360.....this is neXgen v2 for xbox1. We are too busy with n360 to finish neXgen v2. It is about 90%ish complete.
