My brother just installed XBC on his computer and everytime he goes to open it it says it cant reach the master server. We tried everything. He has internet so thats not a problem. I have XBC and I am in the same house, same network. The way its setup in our house is like this: Cable comes in, goes through modem, cat5 goes to router, 1 line comes to my room, one to the main computer, and one to his room, when it gets to my room it goes into a print server, one line goes to my computer and another to my xbox, the line that goes to his room goes into a switch, one line to his computer and another to his xbox. I cant figure it out. He doesnt have a firewall and it just keeps giving the same message everytime we try to load it. The help site doesnt help at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

If yours is working, try exiting yours and only running his, if yours isn't working it's possible that the XBC server was down temporarily. Also try giving the network a power cycle, restarting things can work wonders.

For some reason he had to go setup a network. I didnt, but he did. Its working now. Thanks though
