What are you trying to do anyway? I'm guessing you want to plug something into it. I can't remember is that size like guitar plug size or headphone size (small headphones)?

I believe it is your standard headphone jack. Yes, you could and it would be connected to the L/R/Ground points for the SCART out. However, you would need an amp to produce any volume and to adjust the sound (I got an cheapass amp and speaker combo at 5 Below, new, for $5. I'm sure you could find one, on El Cheapo, as well).
