I had an EvoX installed on the Xbox, and I tried to update it but I didn't know what version of xbox I had and I flashed the Bios with an v1.1 version of xbox and figured out later that my version was v1.0, by doing that it damaged my Dashboared I guess not sure what it damaged. But now I can't do anything. What do u guys suggest to fix this problem and get my Xbox up n running?

Flashing a bios or messing with any files on the HDD really cant effect the locking of the HDD unless you try to hotswap or put it in a PC to read the FATX partitions. Sounds like its locked to a different password, did you try unlocking the hard drive and then locking again?

He probaly flashed the chip with a bios that has an embedded eeprom so now it is booting to an error 6 since the eeprom is different.

I think what Cappi said is correct. I flashed the chip with a different version than the one I was suppose to flash it. So now the error 6 is showing up. I tried to do the Auto Instasller and the Evox Auto Installer but I can't get that to work. The DVD Rom keeps making this noise, it sounds like the DVD Rom is not reading the DVD's. So when I flashed the chip, the files are in the HD correct? So if I connect my HD to a modded working Xbox and enter the HD with FTP would that work?

no, when you flash the chip the bios is stored on the chip. what cappi is saying is that you probably
flashed the chip with a bios that has a different eeprom file embedded on it. the eeprom holds info
for the hdd like the unique hdd key that is used to lock/unlock it at startup. so when the xbox boots
from the chip, it sees that different info and can't unlock the hdd.
try downloading a fresh bios like the x2 5035 and then flash it to the chip.
