Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Glitch List, & HOW-TOs Options

I haven't been on here for awhile but glad to see that people are are adding to the glitch list a little bit. I put this up here on the fact to have some fun with chaos theory, when I am using this I know everyone in the room, but this is also available so you know what is out there and what to watch out for. Hopefully there are not people out their using these for their advantage but just to mess around and have fun.

There are some new ones out there that I will try and add but also some that people are not being very nice and divulging to the public, but if your willing to help out that would be great.

Unknown:
Merc attacking while spy is hacking and grab and kill.
No leather drop tech kill for spy-Stand on spy’s head

Walk threw glass dome in the bank – I’ll post this later

Actually, it's possible to get more equipment in different slots without starting a game. I forgot though.

one glitch i am interested in is how to make a rank game appear free so you can invite friends...
someone i was playing earlier did it, and it obviously doesnt hurt either team, just makes it easier to get a game going.

Glitch: Invisible Mercenary
Areas: Warehouse | Mode: All | Person: Mercenary(not host) | Equipment: Cam net and flares or grenades

1. This glitch is definitely NOT for ranked games either. I know how to do it, I just don't think it's fair having an invisible mercenary launching grenades out of nowhere and ramming spies down when they are not aware.

Nice list of glitches guys. Nice work, I've been having a lot of fun with these lol. Especially the retard spy glitch and the mini glitch.

[SCDoubleAgent#1]

Glitch: Piggyback Glitch (Alternate and Easier)
Areas: All | Mode: All | Person: Spy(Not Host) | Equipment: Sticky Camera and any kind of grenades

1. Charge up you grenade you chose in your inventory.
2. Press the inventory button and press the sticky camera button at the same time to equip a charged sticky camera.
3. Get behind a mercenary.
4. Press X and A at the same time to grab the mercenary while your gun is out.
5. Let go of L and you will launch a sticky camera, then press B to exit out of that mode.
6. The mercenary will be attached to you forever until you die and someone shocks the spy that is carrying him around.

I don't know about the free/rank glitch. Way back ILLusionsofGrander, before the xbox live update for splinter cell hosts can change ALL the settings for ranked games. Either its that or I don't know.

that glitch you posted is hilarious.. i remember doing it in pandora.

but they glitch these kids did, let them switch from rank to free and back, i dont think with the options glitch you could do that, as changing rank/free isnt an option.

Well, there was one glitch I heard about spy if a mercenary glitches you when you try to pull him over, press start and A repeatedly and you can pull him over. The moves might not be successful though.

Easter Egg: Fish
Areas: Aquarius | Mode: All | Person: 2 Spy’s | Equipment: None
1. Have both Spy’s make their way to the Pirate Room.
2. In the Pirate room go to the landing between the stairs going to the upper and lower lever of the Pirate room.
3. Towards the back corner there should be a spot to perform a team action.
a. (Back corner if your looking at the wall, to the right)
4. Perform the Team Action and toss one of the Spy’s up to an invisible ledge.
a. (You only need one Spy up there)
5. Have the Spy Climb up on the invisible ledge and stand up.
6. After a few moments you should now start to hear bubbles.
7. If this is done correctly when you look around the Pirate Room and you should see Fish swimming in the Pirate Room.

Also, you can stand on the invisible ledge and toggle the fish on and off by jumping in that spot.

I heard there is a glitch for invisibility and invincibility for coop, but I can't find a medkit near a hacking device anywhere in all the levels.

Sorry for the double post everyone.

Glitch: Mercenary stuck in box(alternate & works)
Areas: Aquarius | Mode: All | Person: 2 spies(one spy must be not host) and one mercenary
| Equipment: Charged sticky camera

1. Have a (non-host) spy get a charged sticky camera up.
2. Have him stand behind the mercenary.
3. When he is behind the merc, press X then A really fast.
4.(This will cause you to grab the mercenary with your gun out)
5. Let go of L and he will be stuck to you.
6. Meanwhile, stand under the box and have another spy drop the box.
7. The spy will get killed BUT the mercenary will be ALIVE and stuck in the box.
8. To wake him up, either shoot a smoke grenade or try and shock him.
9. When he wakes up, he is stuck in there until he kills himself or the host goes back to lobby.

feel free to post any glitches that have been left out.. but please dont post any glitches that will be used to cheat on xbox live, including the one you are asking about.

so we are allowed to talked about hackingand modding a game but we arent allowed to talk about glitches that will affect online play?

meh... well... its not my forum, i just mod it...

halo forums got out of control with live glitching, which then became a locked forum, and i personally feel that the one xbox live game i enjoy would be better off without people who glitch to get an advantage online.

Hey do you think you can tell me how to do this glitch?

well...technicaly todays still is tuesday where I live so it makes it july 11 but on this it says july 12,just wanted to let you know.

Glitch: Get on top of the antennae
Areas: Polar Base | Mode: All | Person: Spy (Host or non-host)| Equipment: Sticky Cameras

1. When you get to the tower across by the pole, do the midget glitch FIRST.
2. Get on top where the pole all the way on left starts to go down(leads somewhere near the shed)
3. Get under it and face you camera toward the ship somewhere.
4. Jump and while you start to slide down, hold back on the left analog stick and press Y repeatedly.
5. (It may take a few tries, but you will get used to it.
6. If you did it, get ready.
7. When sliding down, you will jump up a level and keep on sliding, then get launched ALL the way up in the air.
8. (Before you do this, figure out which direction you want the spy to go)
9. If you did it, you will be on the antenna.
10. NOTE: Sometimes you will not elevate high enough to successfully reach the exact location on the antenna ands you might need to KILL yourself and try again.
