I sent in my xbox for repairs a while back and they gave me someone else's harddrive without hexic on it. Does anyone know of a way to get it back? sad.gif

When I sent back my prem I didn't include the HD. I don't think it will matter regardless. Because people send in cores all the time as well. Also on that little slip I got when I got the return label specifically said to not include anything but the console.

You have to call them up and they give you a code to enter (no idea where) and it will allow you to download it as a one time download.

This has been asked before and that's the honest solution... I can't give you any more detail on the code except they give you one and that's what unlocks the game for download. Also they apparently have to get this code "approved" before they'll give it to you and that can take a few days...

so needless to say, you can get it back, yes it's a pain in the ass but just call them up and they'll fix everything for you.

the xbox.com forums tells ya the same thing twisted said....apparently they give you a live subscription code, and yeah, it will take some days for them to call you back or whatever according to their forum members, you might have to nag them...

you enter it just like the promo code for bankshot billiards you get when purchasing the 12 month live kit

where are you from ? here in the US hexic is in the downloads section of arcade in the puzzle section along with jewel quest, zuma, bejeweled 2, astro pop ect
