I get weird stuff when I call xbl customer support. Mainly weird stuff when on hold. I've heard people taking orders, ordering ipods, people giving credit card info, and I've got other reps after being on hold for no reason. I've told them about this all the time and I don't think they believe me.
Alrighty, got word of the "fix". What you need to do is call support and confirm some information. They will then give you a download code so you can get your HexicHD back.
If you guys are experiencing any trouble with that, please post here. Hopefully someone from support will take a look here.
