im still wondering where the revo....i mean Wii forums are.....i dont see a problem with it but they basically just crossed the forums with x-s....couldve just had it only ps3-scene online web community i guess......i could continue to talk but i dont want to crapped the thead anymore....

It's probably because the gamecube was teh suck when it came to homebrew... and also teh suck when it came to alot of other things aswell. With another story I heard pretty recently about crappy PS3 security and the nice beefy hard drive (with linux preinstalled), I can the PS3 taking the Xbox's crown of homebrew.

Look at most gaming computer power supplies, 550 watts, 600 watts, even 680 watts just for a desktop computer runing the latest graphics cardsand dual core cpu. Not so unbelievable that the ps3 would need 500 watts for the cell and RSX plus everything else.

its a desktop....with multiple disk drives....multiple expansion cards....and multiple fans.....just cant see a proprietary system built to work together requiring that much power consumption....but you are correct
