"Best of the Best" is an overstatement. They link to a lot of tutorials, but more than half are garbage. Smaller sites that focus on how to properly use tools/options and their limitations are better than a huge site that shows 9,000 different ways to make scanlines, a grunge sig, or a glass sphere.

Couldn't agree anymore with you. Pixel2life is much better IMO because it covers many different programs.

Tutorialized is also a good one.
