Hey i'm trying to install a new EEPROM on my friend's xbox. I have the new EEPROM ready, and ConfigMagic on the xbox. For some reason I can't get configmagic to start. I've loaded the gamesave exploit to get around NKpatcher, and when I start ConfigMagic it gets to where it tries to read the EEPROM off the xbox and goes to a black screen and sticks. What gives?
