I flashed my Spider chip with a incorrect BIOS for my V1.0 XBOX. So I tried hooking up my spider USB programmer... Sadly spiders web page is down so I followed a couple guides online on hooking it up and everything is as described.

When I turn the off switch to off the blue light on the mod chip shuts off and when I turn it on the blue light turns on.

When I start the flash program (USB Prog, downloaded form xbox scene) It says

"Satus: Programmer connectied" if the usb is connected to the Spider programmer.
if I disconnect it, it says, "Status: Diconected"

When it's connected, I click open file and select my new cromel bios and click "write" I get a error saying to connect my mod chip to the programmer.

I thought this might be a bad program so I downloaded "spiderusb"

When I connect the prgrammer it sayd connected, and when I disconnect it says disconnected. The problem is this program is so buggy I can't seem to use it at all.

I guess I need a lot of help! Thanks guys
