look at an arcade machine with an lcd sometime.. it says exactly what i put..they dont use the cent symbol either.. and have you ever seen the size of a pushbutton on the inside.. i would love to see one crammed anywhere else.. i slaughtered it to fit even in there.. and thanks guys.

not to be an ass or anything, just clearing up what i said earlier:
i like the eject button where it is (and i know they're huge) i just dont like where the power button is located (maybe its huge too?).
as for what the screen says on an arcade machine: "Please insert coin", it only says 25¢ on the coin door (my bad)

Its still a kickass xbox, 10/10

also love the 1player/2player etc jewels on the controllers nice touch

ok gotcha on the pushbutton..as far as the lcd saying "Please Insert $.25", they actually use the same lcds on actual arcade machines and they will say that or "Please Swipe Your Card". and no i dont feel your being an ass.and yes the little pushbuttons are huge too.

That is one extremely nice looking Xbox! I can see you went to a helluva lot of trouble to immortalise the system you love (with due reason). I especially like them controllers. Not just one, but six!

Now all you need to do is get a proper Neogeo stick (mod the plug to use with your adaptor) and you're all set!

That's awesome. I love the idea of a VGA connecter for connecting up all those old controllers, brilliant!

Do you have any pics of the wiring for all the A/V outputs, I'd love to see how you've crammed it all in there. Also where's your switch to change between the different video modes?

Is there a Tut for the controller addons?

Not big on the skin but the mod work is sweet.

Good job.

yeah use the genesis 6 button vga tut.. when you do avga cable for the old controller you cut one end off with enough to use inside the phatboy. then strip the sheilding to the end.remove the bottom memcard plug and shove the wires through and force the female vga end piece snuggly in...use the bare wire for ground and not the black pin wire as he says in the genesis tut..this leaves you with 2 extra wires to use for the l and r triggers.. i might post a tut soon.
