KeyGen360 v0.4b -- Posted by XanTium on May 3 14:43 EST
PabloAM of the spanish website xboxers360.net, informed us Xisko released a new version of KeyGen360. It's a commandline tool, similar to the Team F-360s KeyDrive Xtractor/Patcher(info) GUI tool, that allows you to extract and write the unique DVD key of an Xbox 360 DVD drive firmware (support for both the Toshiba-Samsung MN25 and Hitachi-LG firmware files).
What's new/fixed:
* Fixed a lot of bugs importants.
* optimization of code.
* Note: It's important you use this new version if you want to test this program because the previous version has some important bugs.

BRICK CITY! Most people wouldn't advertise the fact they are from newark.

I think all this keygen programs coming out are only going to aid in the piracy of games. We already know you can't do homebrew with a hacked DVD FW.

What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with the FW hack. It just lets you change ur dvd drive. In the future if for any reason your drive breaks you wont have to pay M$ 100+ to repair because you can use a tool such as this.

You'll get a surprice if you think your xbox will get WAY quieter with a Samsung.
