Okay, this has baffled me for a bit. I got a 1.6 Xdapt3r and an X3CE. Now, every connection is perfect, and the chip has power But when I try to boot to the chip to flash a Bios, the chip goes on and off twice with a green light (It does this very fast, but the second time is slightly longer then the first) then turns on a third time flashing green and red. Without the chip on the MB (but leaving the adapter in) it boots flawlessly to M$ dash. Any ideas?

I'd say the connection is not as good as you think. Almost every time, especially when the box boots to the M$ dash without the chip, it means you are not making good contact with the lpc. Reseat, retry, reseat, retry...
